- HERE WE FIND THE OL "MOONSHINE IS POISON" CIGAR BOX GUITAR.THIS IS A UNIQUE MODEL AS IT HAS THE VINTAGE PRINTING OF WHAT WE USED TO CALL A CHURCH FAN.THE REVENUERS GAVE THESE OUT TO THE GOOD FOLKS TO REMIND THEM OF THE EVILS OF THAT BAD MOONSHINE.A GREAT LOOKING GUITAR THAT HAS THAT OLD LOOK TO IT. I've COATED THIS BOX WITH SEVERAL COATS OF FINISH TO PROTECT THE BOX AND NECK FROM WEAR.CHECK OUT THE CUSTOM FRETS,They spell out MOON SHINE!!!!!!!!

My basic 3 string guitars start at $100.I say basic,though that is my favorite guitar.To me the best sound comes from a 3 stringer.

I use enclosed metal,tuners,nickel finish.Red oak for the necks to get a straight ,very tuff neck,that will last for years.
